QFAB is currently supporting large collaborative research projects where the member groups are based throughout Australia and Washington State in the US. QFAB provides online tools for project participants to securely store their own data, access other members' data and allow real-time communication between collaborative group members.
QFAB has an installation of SRS which allows scientists access to up-to-date mirrors of Genbank, UniProt and other large life science data repositories.
QFAB provides tools for clients to manage their own large datasets (SRS) and to facilitate collaboration with other scientists in Australia and the rest of the world (Queensland-Washington Alliance).
