GeneGo Metacore
QFAB has selected GeneGo's Metacore software as a key component of its Systems Biology Platform. This Platform provides a state-of-the-art, scaleable computational environment to analyse, model and infer biomolecular networks. Unique in Australia, the Platform consists of high-performance hardware and an integrated suite of public and commercial software linked to curated datasets.
Access to GeneGo Metacore under the QFAB license might be granted to Australian researchers. Please contact QFAB for more information.
GeneGo Trainings
We aim to hold a one day course each year that provides Australian researchers with the ability to interact directly with scientists from GeneGo and to discuss their analysis needs in one-on-one sessions. Contact QFAB if you wish to receive training announcements.
