The Koala Childhood Obesity program is a long-term research study set up by Dr Gary Leong in 2007.

The aim of the project to provide a 'Holistic Approach' to managing children aged 6 to 10 years who are overweight or obese.

Children who participate in the study are assessed by a Specialist Paediatrician and have access to Occupational Therapists and Dieticians.
