Tools and Platforms
QFAB provides both hardware and software resources to clients, collaborators and other interested parties. We run modern, enterprise-grade computers that support a mixture of virtual hosts and physical "work-horse" clusters for more CPU-intensive tasks. Software resources at QFAB include primary data sources such as sequence databases, purpose-written data-processing pipelines and collaborative environments dedicated to specific national and international projects.
